ROMERÍA DE SAN JUAN DE ORTEGA
Cumpliendo con la tradición el Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores de Burgos, se congregó el día 3 de junio, en San Juan de Ortega para honrar a su Patrón.
En esta ocasión, las rogativas hicieron efecto y durante la mañana no paró de llover, lo que obligó realizar la procesión en el claustro mayor del Monasterio, donde fueron colocados los pendones y símbolos de las distintas cofradías y la imagen del Santo fue agasajada, en este entorno.
El Arzobispo acudió a la Romería y posterior Misa, que estuvo acompañada por el Cristo de San Juan de Ortega, obra del siglo XII, regalo del rey Alfonso VII.
