TÉCNICOS COMPETENTES PARA SUSCRIBIR INFORMES DE EVALUACIÓN DE EDIFICIOS.
La Subdirección General de Urbanismo del Ministerio de Fomento ha emitido una Nota Informativa sobre la capacitación para suscribir el Informe de Evaluación de Edificios (IEE) regulado por la Ley 8/2013, de rehabilitación, regeneración y renovación urbanas.
En la nota se analiza la regulación vigente y se concluye la interpretación que se hace de la misma desde la mencionada Subdirección General.
Las conclusiones son las siguientes:
– Los Informes de Evaluación de Edificios (IEE) completos, pueden suscribirse por:
- Arquitectos
- Arquitectos técnicos
– Los certificados de eficiencia energética, siempre y cuando se realicen de forma independiente (y no como parte de un IEE), podrán suscribirse por:
- Arquitectos
- Arquitectos técnicos
- Ingenieros
- Ingenieros técnicos

Recordar que el Informe de Evaluación de Edificio (IEE) da información sobre tres aspectos del edificio:
- El estado de CONSERVACIÓN
- Las condiciones de ACCESIBILIDAD
- La EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA
La Ley 8/2013, de rehabilitación, regeneración y renovación urbanas establece la obligación de pasar un IEE a los siguientes edificios:
- Edificios de tipología residencial vivienda colectiva con antigüedad superior a 50 años.
