El Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos de Burgos, en colaboración con la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Burgos, organiza las décimo octavas Jornadas Técnicas de Construcción.

Martes 10 de noviembre (18,30 horas):
El ayuntamiento de BELORADO (BURGOS), ha instalado el primer “district heating” de la provincia de BIOMASA para dar servicio a varios edificios municipales con una caldera de 500 KW con un coste de 280.000 Euros y un periodo de amortización de 5-6 años.
El proyecto surgió de la necesidad de climatizar el futuro Museo Nacional de Radio Transmisiones que se ubica en un antiguo silo de cereales. Tras valorar diferentes opciones, se vio que un sistema centralizado con biomasa para calentar éste y otros edificios municipales cercanos ofrecía interesantes ahorros.
