La versatilidad de la Arquitectura Técnica es una de las claves que apasiona a Francisco Daroca Bello que ha desarrollado la profesión en distintas vertientes, por cuenta propia y ajena, consultor en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y, también, como docente. Como vocal del COAATBU anima a todos los compañeros a participar de la vida colegial porque tiene claro que “juntos somos más fuertes”..

Llevo más de veinte años en la profesión, inicialmente como profesional por cuenta ajena, jefe de obra y/o director de ejecución y durante los últimos catorce años, como profesional liberal pluridisciplinar, especializándome consultor en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y como formador de oficios y prevención.
- ¿Por qué te hiciste Aparejador?
La verdad es que cuando comencé la carrera desconocía las peculiaridades de la profesión y no fue hasta que empecé a trabajar cuando me surgió mi idilio con la misma.
- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de la profesión?
Me ha permitido desarrollarme personal y profesionalmente en varios ámbitos laborales. Los Aparejadores somos mujeres y hombres “del Renacimiento”, nuestra versatilidad nos hace capaces de adaptarnos a las circunstancias y brillar laboralmente allá donde vayamos.

Si bien todas las obras, por pequeñas que sean me han dejado grandes recuerdos, por su envergadura y dificultad, nunca podré olvidar la demolición de la fábrica incendiada de Campofrío en Burgos y la posterior ejecución de la llamada Nueva Bureba.

Desde la vocalía pongo a disposición del colectivo, mi experiencia en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Igualmente espero poder ayudar a reforzar y aunar sinergias con las instituciones formativas relacionadas con el sector, con el fin de obtener importantes beneficios para el colectivo. Considero importante que, para asegurar el futuro del colectivo, debemos estar más presentes y dar a conocer nuestra profesión en colegios e Institutos.

Debemos hacer ver a nuestros clientes la importancia de nuestro trabajo, hemos de luchar contra la competencia desleal y la infravaloración económica y social del mismo. La individualidad nos ha debilitado, debemos recuperar la fuerza del colectivo.
